In this project black liquid mixed with acrylic and luminous paints left to dry, revealed structural color patterns. Putting it under the microscope, the cracked surface and shapes of material lets you dive into an extraterrestrial world. Ferrofluid has a distinctive structure when exposed to a magnetic field. Experiments show that changes especially take place at a micro level.

The behaviour of ephemeral materials offers a new aesthetic impression at every moment, which is not reproducible in an identical way. The challenge is to capture a special moment. The change of various substances and the analysis of the solid and stable set of rules, which repeatedly evokes volatile and unstable states of form, color and structure were investigated with the aim of using the constantly reorganized shape of the substances as a form of expression on a multisensory level.
